Icy Purple Head Arcade provides a free browser game and written guides for personal, non-commercial use. By using the site you agree not to disrupt, copy at scale, or misuse the service.

Content

The game, guides and site design are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything accurate and working, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

Our original game code, writing and artwork belong to Icy Purple Head Arcade. Series names and screenshots referenced in retrospective guides belong to their respective creators and are used for commentary and review purposes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Icy Purple Head Arcade is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site — except an irresistible urge to attempt one more run of level 20.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means acceptance of the current version.
